Modesto PD hiring Code Enforcement Officers until August 13th.

The Modesto Police Department in Modesto, California is currently looking to hire Code Enforcement Officers for both Code Enforcement Officer I and Code Enforcement Officer II positions. The salary for the positions ranges from $27.25 to $36.56 hourly.
Applicants have until August 13th, 2024 at 5:00 PM to apply for these full-time positions. Code Enforcement Officers will be responsible for investigating and enforcing ordinances related to zoning, health and safety, blight, and graffiti, which will involve both office and field work.
Some benefits of the position include receiving 20 hours of sick time and vacation time upon starting and the opportunity to earn leave balances based on previous experience in a public safety role.
