A new session of Strength with Yoga will begin on Tuesday, August 13, at the Neighborhood Center at Marshall Park in Modesto, California. The class is open to individuals aged 16 and older who wish to align their body, mind, and spirit through movement. Sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM, starting on August 13 and running through September 26. Pre-registration is required for this free program.
