The City of Modesto Parks, Recreation, & Neighborhoods is offering water aerobics classes for those looking to enhance their fitness routine. These classes focus on stretching and toning muscles through the natural resistance of water, which allows participants to work harder while reducing the risk of aches and pains common in dry land exercises. The next session begins on Wednesday, September 4th.

The classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at Johansen High School Pool. The schedule includes shallow water exercise from 7:00-7:45PM and deep water exercise from 7:45-8:30PM. Participants must be at least 18 years old to join.

For more information or to register, individuals can visit https://modestogov.com/2268 or contact the Customer Service team at 209-577-5344. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM, closed from 12-1PM.
