Lansing, MI - The Lansing Police Department has issued a heat advisory in effect until 10 p.m. Officials are urging residents to stay hydrated and not leave kids or pets in cars during the extreme heat. Community centers in Lansing will remain open until 5:00 p.m. for those seeking relief from the high temperatures.
