Kermit, who was homeless for 8 years in Modesto, has been successfully housed with the help of the Modesto Downtown Streets Team case management. They assisted him in obtaining important documents, securing SSI benefits, and finding housing. Kermit has worked hard to achieve his goals and is now housed. The City of Modesto is celebrating this accomplishment as part of their CAMP2HOME initiative, which supports individuals in rebuilding their lives out of homelessness.
