Tywan Arrington, Director of Business Development for Team Volusia Economic Development Corporation, is currently attending the International Manufacturing Technology Show in Chicago. Joel Gunter, Senior Project Manager for the Division of Economic Development at Florida Commerce, is also present at the event. Florida ranks as the number one state for new business formation, number one in talent development, and number three in new technology business. It is also the fifth state for employment in development. Florida is endorsed as a prime location for businesses to expand, relocate, and innovate.
