The Ocala Police Department has released a dispatch recruitment video, featuring members of the Ocala Fire Rescue team, Firefighter/Paramedic Darius Sampson and Firefighter/EMT Jeffrey Saunders. This video highlights the job opportunity of a lifetime to join the Ocala PD as a 911 Dispatcher.

If you have a passion for helping others and can stay calm under pressure, you are encouraged to apply for the position. No experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The starting pay for this role is $19.23 per hour, with potential to earn up to $26 per hour with continued training.
