The City of Ocala presented a special proclamation to the President and CEO of CEP, Kevin Sheilley, and the Vice President of Business Creation, Evelyn Reyes, in honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month. This month acknowledges the rich cultures, contributions, and achievements of Hispanic and Latino Americans.
