Mat Pilates Session Starts October 3rd, 40+ Welcome!

A new session of Mat Pilates for individuals aged 40 and older will begin on Thursday, October 3rd, at the Modesto Senior Citizens Center. The classes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:45 PM to 5:45 PM and will run until November 26th. The session includes a total of 16 classes and costs $50.
Elizabeth will serve as the instructor for the program. Those interested can register online at modestogov.com/2268 or call (209) 577-5344 for more information.
