Officer Justin Rocha has successfully completed his Field Training program with the Modesto Police Department. He started his career in 2019 as a Cadet and became a Park Ranger in 2022. Now, as a Police Officer, he is expected to continue to excel in his new role. The Modesto Police Department congratulated Officer Rocha on this significant accomplishment.
