Downtown Streets Team Transforms Lives in Modesto

Staff Report / Modestolocal.org

The Downtown Streets Team (DST) in Modesto is making a significant impact on individuals experiencing homelessness. One such success story is Cat, who has seen a transformation in her life after 40 years, thanks to the support she received from DST's case management services.

DST's mission focuses on teamwork and empowerment, enabling individuals like Cat to reclaim their dignity and work towards recovery from homelessness. The efforts are part of the Camp2Home program initiated by the City of Modesto.

For those interested in learning more about the Camp2Home program and its positive effects on the community, further information is available at www.ModestoGov.com/Camp2Home.
