**Willards Elementary November Spotlight Highlights Key Staff Members**

Willards Elementary School has featured three dedicated staff members in its November spotlight.

Tisheika Warner has recently joined the school as the Pupil Personnel Worker. She focuses on supporting student well-being and serves as an essential link between students, families, and the school.

Li-Ann Piposzar, who is the new Community School Coordinator, aims to build connections within the community and enhance engagement among families and the school.

Kristilyn Friese serves as the Home School Liaison, working to bridge the gap between home and school, enabling all students to thrive.

The Wicomico County Public Schools’ Student and Family Services division recognizes the efforts of these individuals, thanking Tisheika Warner, Li-Ann Piposzar, and Kristilyn Friese for their contributions at Willards Elementary School.
