Modesto Hosts Events to Promote Pedestrian Safety

The City of Modesto is collaborating with Alta to create a comprehensive safety plan aimed at reducing incidents involving automobiles and pedestrians. This plan focuses on promoting education and awareness to enhance safety in the area.
On Sunday, November 17th, representatives from the City and Alta will host pop-up events at two locations to share information about the safety initiative. The scheduled events are:
- Walgreens on Paradise Road from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Starbucks at Orangeburg and McHenry from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Community members are encouraged to stop by and learn more about this important safety initiative.
