Modesto firefighters responded to a vehicle accident on Wednesday morning at approximately 7 a.m. The incident occurred on McHenry Avenue near Stewart Road.

Emergency personnel, including Modesto Engine 11, Truck 5, and Battalion Chief 1, arrived along with law enforcement and an ambulance. They found a car that had collided with a piece of farm equipment, resulting in one person being trapped inside the vehicle.

Firefighters quickly extricated the sole occupant from the car, who was then transported to an area hospital for medical treatment. The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating the accident.
