City of Ithaca launches redesigned website and CivicSend platform
The City of Ithaca has launched a redesigned municipal website alongside a new email newsletter platform to make it easier for residents, businesses, and community partners to access information, complete tasks, and stay informed.

Alongside the website launch, the City is introducing CivicSend, a new digital communication platform that allows any public user to sign up for updates tailored to their interests. CivicSend will be used to share City news, project and service updates, and more in a reliable, consistent and user-friendly way.
