The Syracuse Police Department is actively searching for 80-year-old Charles Santoro, who has been reported missing and is considered endangered. Santoro was last seen leaving Upstate Community Hospital at approximately 4 p.m. today. He was driving a 2017 Grey Nissan Armada with the New York license plate GKN-7865.

At the time of his disappearance, Santoro was wearing a grey jacket and blue jeans. He is described as five feet, 10 inches tall, with a medium build, grey hair, brown eyes, and a grey mustache. Santoro has been diagnosed with dementia and diabetes.

The police are requesting assistance from the public. Anyone with information about Mr. Santoro's whereabouts is urged to call 911 or the Syracuse Police Department Criminal Investigations Division at (315) 442-5222.
