A fatal traffic incident occurred at the intersection of Yosemite Boulevard and Kerr Avenue in Modesto, California. The crash involved a Harley Davidson Dyna motorcycle and an Acura TLX, where the Acura was driven by an adult male from Manteca, CA, and the motorcyclist was an adult male from Oakdale, CA. The collision happened when the Acura was traveling northbound on Kerr Avenue and the motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Yosemite Blvd. The motorcyclist was ejected from his bike during the collision and despite efforts to save him, he tragically passed away at a local hospital. There is no evidence of drugs or alcohol playing a role in the incident. Witnesses are encouraged to reach out to Traffic Safety Officer Troy Cross with any relevant information.
