The City of Modesto offers a Senior and Disabled Swim program at the Susan Burris Pool, located at Sonoma Elementary School, 1325 Sonoma Avenue. This program aims to help participants stay active and refreshed by providing access to a heated therapeutic pool where they can stretch muscles, ease joints, and get moving.

Swim sessions take place from Monday to Thursday, between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM. The entry fee is $2 per swim. Please note that cash is not accepted at the pool, and a swim card is required for entry. Financial assistance is available for qualifying individuals through the Leisure Bucks Scholarship program.

Individuals looking to purchase a swim card can do so at the following locations:

- Recreation Office: 1010 10th Street, Suite 4400

- Modesto Senior Citizens Center: 211 Bodem Street
