The Modesto Police Department is hosting a Business Watch Academy on November 12, 2024, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at their headquarters, located at 600 10th Street, Modesto, CA.

During this event, participants will engage in discussions covering several important topics, including transient issues with HEART and CHAT, crime prevention strategies, burglary prevention, and organized retail theft (ORT). Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet their Area Commander and take a tour of the Modesto Police Department's Real Time Crime Center (RTCC).

Businesses interested in attending must RSVP by November 8. They can reserve their spot by emailing cpu@modestopd.com or calling 209-342-9175.

This academy serves as an opportunity for the local business community to connect with law enforcement to enhance safety and share information regarding crime prevention in Modesto.
