Modesto City Schools (MCS) is set to celebrate National School Psychology Week from November 11 to November 15. This annual observance recognizes the valuable contributions of school psychologists and on-site counselors in supporting students.

The theme for this year's celebration is "Spark Discovery," highlighting the impact that new ideas can have on children's growth and potential. The initiative is organized by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) in collaboration with schools across the United States.

During this week, MCS encourages students to reach out to their school counselors and psychologists to learn more about mental health practices and how they can aid in overcoming challenges both at school and at home. The aim is to help children thrive in all aspects of their lives.
